♥ Andre Leon Talley! The one and only editor-at-large for VOGUE.
For those of you who don’t know, Andre has been a front row regular for over two decades at fashion shows all across the world – New York, Paris, London and Milan. I mean we’re talking about a man who is one of the most influential people in the world when it comes to fashion.
The Whitley Kros Show at Smash Box Studios (LA Fashion Week) ended and it was crazy hectic as I saw Andre coming towards us. Just our luck, none of us had a camera! So there we were, three interns panicking that we might lose this photo with ANDRE LEON TALLEY! Luckily, there was a girl right behind me that didn’t mind taking pictures with her camera and emailing copies!
He was a really sweet guy, he took a lot of photos with people who were near.
This photo was also featured in fashion week daily :)

My daughter graduated from the Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) a number of years ago. Leon Talley was the main speaker at her senior fashion show. We got tickets to both showings; the first was for the parents and friends, and the second was for the VIPs. During the second show, Vera Wang sat in the seat next to the one I sat in during the first show.
